Background with some clipart. The schade in the text was made by copying the text and paste it on top, then adjust the text colors to get the shade.

Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

Background was left white, and snowflakes and angel were added. Within the angel I added circles to cover the snowflakes to keep the inside of the face white. Last step was to put the angel on top (layers) with the layer options.

The text was copied and pasted twice. One was made white the other one red to create the text effect.
